Ovington Contracting is the newest member of the Fakhruddin Holdings family — a newly
established contracting company created to extend the group’s six decades of business
excellence into the construction and contracting sector. Founded under the Fakhruddin
Holdings umbrella, Ovington Contracting combines the financial strength, governance and
long-term vision of an established Middle East conglomerate with the agility and ambition
of a young, purpose-built organisation.

Who We Are

Since 1963, Fakhruddin Holdings has built businesses that last — in trading, manufacturing,
real estate development and consumer products. Ovington Contracting was established to bring
that same philosophy of investing in relationships to the built environment: delivering
projects with integrity, transparency and an uncompromising commitment to quality and safety.

Working closely with Fakhruddin Properties and the group’s wider portfolio, Ovington
Contracting is positioned to serve both group developments and external clients across the UAE.
