Fakhruddin Holding, a leading conglomerate in the Middle East, announced today that it had hosted its annual awards at the Atlantis the Palm Dubai. The annual event recognizes and rewards the contributions made by employees across all seven subsidiaries during 2011.

The event was hosted on Friday 24th February at the Atlantis the Palm in Dubai commencing at 4pm and finishing in the late evening.

Meiraj Hussain, Group Human Resources & Administration Director, commented;

“The organization has seen many changes over the last 12 months as we focus our business to adapt and meet new global challenges. The contributions that have been made by our employees have been the core factor that has allowed our organization to grow. This event is all about them – rewarding them for their hard efforts.”

Fakhruddin Holdings employs over 1000 people across global borders and the annual event had over 300 employees in attendance. Over 40 awards were issued across various disciplines that included individual performance, team performance, outstanding contributions, new ideas and long serving member recognition. Awards were decided based on online staff survey and senior management input.
