Fakhruddin Trading reinvents itself – September 2011

Fakhruddin Trading, a member of Fakhruddin Holding, officially revealed its new identity to the external marketplace. Fakhruddin Trading has been in operation since 1963 and are regarded as the regions specialist in wholesale import and export of business and consumer products to clients across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Commenting on the new identity, Dev Makh, Group Marketing & Communications Director stated,
“The new identity is part of an on-going process to re-position the brand correctly aligned to our strategic objectives. The globe in the new identity denotes global penetration to represent that we are a company that extends boundaries by entering into new markets with new products. The colour green has been maintained for continuity with the addition of blue to signify our strength, growth and infinite range of services we provide our customers”.

The new identity is part of an on-going process that is being undertaken by Fakhruddin Holdings to align all business streams within the portfolio. Brand guidelines have been incorporated across the group to ensure that there is consistency in look and messages and cross fertilization across the group.

“It is important that each business stream leverages the strength of the group and demonstrates to the marketplace that we are part of a leading conglomerate. This will assist our market positioning and help promote our brand” added Dev Makh.
